I recently had a very relaxing weekend getaway and stayed at a lovely, cosy and quiet cottage called Seaside Cottage. The bungalow was clean and tidy, equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. It's located in a small cul-de-sac, just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful beach. The cottage has a secluded private back garden, perfect for enjoying a gin and tonic on the picnic bench in the evening. I also liked that it's close to a convenience store and within walking distance to a nearby caravan park with laundry facilities and a local shop.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our weekend stay at Seaside Cottage was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The cottage was clean and cozy, with a lovely private back garden where we enjoyed the sun. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the peaceful beach and within walking distance of Clacton's attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing break!
The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more breakfast choices.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. The cottage was very clean and tidy, and I loved the privacy of the back garden. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The convenience store nearby was also very handy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
One drawback was that the sofa was quite uncomfortable and looked a bit old. However, this didn't affect my overall experience.

The cottage had a lovely lounge, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. It was just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the resort centre. The private garden provided a delightful spot for dining.
Oh, and let's not forget the constant entertainment courtesy of the neighbor's charming dog. Such joy to listen to its incessant barking and scratching at the fence.
